Dragon’s Lair Café

Tucked beside Dragon’s Playhouse in the Land of the Dragons at Chessington World of Adventures Resort, Dragon’s Lair Café offers a cosy spot to pause and recharge. Opening with the land in 2004, the location has seen several changes over the years. However, since 2020, it has taken on its current dragon-themed identity, bringing a fresh burst of character to this quiet corner.

Inside, the café serves a selection of sandwiches, snacks and hot drinks, perfect for a quick refuel. Whether you’re after a warm coffee or a light bite, there’s something simple and satisfying on offer. Meanwhile, its relaxed setting makes it easy to step away from the busier parts of the park.

Next door, you’ll find a small theatre space with its own history. Once home to puppet shows starring Spike and Cinders, it later became Wild Factor in 2010. However, the space has remained unused since 2016, adding a subtle layer of nostalgia to the area.

Consequently, Dragon’s Lair Café feels like more than just a pit stop. It blends comfort, history and convenience into one welcoming space. So, whether you’re taking a break or keeping an eye on little adventurers nearby, it’s a perfect place to relax.
